Real-Time Linux Control Computer

Benefiting from todays technology we offer a computer based controller which to apply in many fields of the industry.

 

This control system, developed as an alternative to PLC, basically has modules developed with the Java programming language software infrastructure on the real-time operating system. Developed using Ubuntu Real-Time Kernel, field communication is achieved through many communication protocols,  especially Profinet and Ethercat using Hilscher brand pci express based cards.

Recipe Management and Reporting

Based on NetbusPro core software we have developed a Batch Recipe program and interface which can easily manage the no code Recipe creation and bath report generation.

 

Keeps tailor based code at a minimum for different types of plants.

 

Being web based it allows easy deployment and at a low cost level.
 

 

OEE and Reports

Based on NetbusPro core software, we developed an easy to use and understand OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) program. 

Maximum throughput vs current performance, quality output and machine availability factors yield the OEE ratio which is a basic step to read actual performance of the machine or process.

All stop causes are recorded at most automatically so to generate rich reports and to display improvement points for future prodcutions.

Complicated shift based comparison reports are generated besides the basic production reports.

 

 

GLASS

Flat Glass Cutting Module

This module performs longitudinal and cross cuts according reuired dimensions on moving glass ribbon.

 

Integrated with the Cut Optimizer the system has a +/- 1mm precision which is can be installed as a redundant system.

 

Alongside, Marking Bridge will ink mark the desired defects which also communicates with cut optimizer and production plan quality specification.

 

 

Flat Glass Cut Optimizer

This module optimizes the incoming defects agains the plates requested within the qualities described, plate transfer line and stacker statuses.

The high precision camera before the cutting bridges' transfers the defects to the Cut Optimizer enough length to decide for the best configuration of cutting bridges

 

The Cut Optimizer also communicates with the ink marking bridges which put a mark on desired defect class.

 

This module is responsible of the orchestration of all cutting bridges and marking systems. Marking system include ink mark and upon request square code laser marking.

Offline Cutting System

Offline cutting allows to cut big size i.e. DLF and Jumbo size plates into smaller split sizes more for the automotive industry.

We can design, simulate and build offline cutting lines of all sizes.
